United Arab Emirates, Dubai, 20 October 2019: American University in the Emirates celebrated their honorary students from various colleges over a three-day long ceremony. A total of 303 students from both undergraduate and graduate colleges were hosted and received appreciation and praises from the university for their continued efforts during the course of the academic year. The event saw the President of the AUE, Prof. Dr. Muthanna Ghani Abdul Razzaq, deans of the college, faculty members, administrative staff as well as students and their families join in to celebrate the occasion with AUE.

“It brings me great joy and pride as I stand before our outstanding students today to honor their efforts. Determination and will power is the key to success and I am extremely happy that our students at AUE have recognised and used this policy in actual rather than just using it as a phrase!” said Dr. Muthanna Ghani Abdul Razzaq

“It is very important for us as educators and guides to encourage our students through facilitating healthy competition, and simultaneously motivate them to work consistently until they achieve their desired goal.” he added.

The number of outstanding students from various colleges were divided between undergraduate and graduate with 101 students for the undergraduate program and 202 for graduate program respectively. The top colleges in terms of the maximum number of outstanding students were: the College of Security and Global Studies, followed by the College of Business Administration, College of Law. and finally the College of Computer Information Technology.
